Scope of Work & Contract Terms:

• Contract Duration: 1 year

• No minimum order quantity

• Maximum contract value: ₹ 2,00,00,000 (Two Crores INR inclusive)

• Supply/Installation: As per Purchase Order and Acknowledgement

• Payment Terms: 50% advance, balance within 21 days post-delivery & invoice submission

• Pricing: Inclusive of GST & Pan India doorstep delivery

• Termination: Either party may terminate with 1 month prior notice

• Dispute Jurisdiction: New Delhi

• Damaged Product: Free replacement by agency

Bidding Process:

• Study the RFP carefully

• Non-compliant or incomplete bids risk rejection

• Bids must be submitted online only via provided Google Forms

Technical Proposal Must Include:

• Legal registration & active licenses for business in India

• Relevant past experience in laptop supply

• Organization profile

• Client references & completed projects

• Post-delivery service & support details

• Attachments:

  • Cover letter referencing all attachments

  • Registration documents & renewals

  • Business license/permissions (if applicable)

  • Authorized dealership certificate (if applicable)

  • PAN & TAN copies

  • GST registration copy

  • MSME certificate (if registered)

  • Last two years ITR (exempted for startups < 2 years)

  • Technical Bid Form (Annexure I)

Financial Proposal:

• Submit separately

• Use Annexure II format

• No conditional pricing allowed
