✅ Eligibility Criteria

DPIIT-recognized Start-up (or must obtain post-selection)
-
Must be Indian entity (Companies Act, 2013) with:

Minimum 51% Indian promoter shareholding
-
IP to be retained in India
-

Project at TRL 3–4 stage with scope to reach TRL 6–8
-
Must declare any prior central government funding for the same project
-
Only one proposal per start-up allowed
-
Tech-based solution addressing real-world RE challenge

Must hold a graduate degree

Should be a founder/shareholder in the start-up

Responsible for technical + managerial execution

Will present the proposal if shortlisted

Must sign the Project Agreement on selection
