Eligibility Criteria

  • DPIIT-recognized Start-up (or must obtain post-selection)

  • Must be Indian entity (Companies Act, 2013) with:

    • Minimum 51% Indian promoter shareholding

    • IP to be retained in India

  • Project at TRL 3–4 stage with scope to reach TRL 6–8

  • Must declare any prior central government funding for the same project

  • Only one proposal per start-up allowed

  • Tech-based solution addressing real-world RE challenge


???? Project Leader (PI) Requirements

  • Must hold a graduate degree

  • Should be a founder/shareholder in the start-up

  • Responsible for technical + managerial execution

  • Will present the proposal if shortlisted

  • Must sign the Project Agreement on selection
