Duration: 10th October – 10th November 2025 (One month)
Nature of Assignment: Short-term consultancy
TheTeacherApp is leading an evaluation exercise of innovative Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs) created by teachers from across India. This process will help identify and reward the most impactful classroom practices.
???? Objectives

Evaluate 1,000–2,000 TLM entries submitted on the platform.

Conduct fair, unbiased, rubric-based assessments.

Support in shortlisting the best 500 TLMs (number may vary).
???? Scope of Work
The selected agency will:

Weekly Evaluation: Assess TLM batches provided by TheTeacherApp team.

Rubric-Based Scoring: Score each TLM on six key criteria.
-
Feedback: Record reasons for rejection in the prescribed format.

Reporting: Submit weekly evaluation reports and a final consolidated report.

Each TLM will be scored out of 30 marks, based on:

Innovation & Creativity (1–5): Originality and uniqueness

Relevance (1–5): Fit with learning goals and classroom needs

Effectiveness & Usability (1–5): Ease of use and practicality

Preparation Time & Cost (1–5): Feasibility for teachers

Availability of Materials / Ease of Display (1–5): Accessibility and clarity

Evidence of Change (1–5): Demonstrated or potential impact
