Primary Objective:
To design a clear, SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) roadmap that positions ECD as Karuna-Shechen’s flagship program in both India and Nepal.

India:

The consultant or agency will carry out the following activities in both India and Nepal:
