???? Scope of Work:

• Empanelment of agencies for supply and installation of Interactive Panels PAN India.

• Rate contract for 1 year.

• No minimum order quantity, but total contract value will not exceed ₹2 Crores (all-inclusive).

• Payment Terms:

  • 50% Advance

  • Balance within 21 days of delivery & submission of invoices and PODs

  • TDS as applicable

• Prices must be inclusive of GST & doorstep delivery PAN India.

• Free replacement for any damaged product delivered.

• Termination Clause: 1-month prior written notice by either party.

• Jurisdiction: New Delhi

???? Proposal Submission Guidelines:

✅ Technical Proposal Must Include:

A. Applicant Eligibility:

• Registered legal entity in India

• Possess all required licenses and permissions

• Relevant previous experience

B. Technical Details Required:

• Organizational profile

• Experience & completed assignments

• Support services & turnaround time

C. Mandatory Attachments:

• Cover letter referencing all attachments

• Registration & latest renewal certificate

• Business license (if applicable)

• Authorized dealership letter (if applicable)

• PAN & TAN copies

• GST registration copy

• MSME certificate (if registered)

• ITRs for last 2 years (exemption for startups raised within last 2 years)

• Technical Bid Form (Annexure I)

???? Financial Proposal Requirements:

• Submit separately via designated link

• As per Annexure II

• No conditional pricing

???? Proposal Evaluation Process:

• Initial eligibility check based on completeness and criteria

• Only technically qualified bidders evaluated financially

• L1 (lowest price) bidder will be preferred for Purchase Order

• AIFT reserves right to:

  • Reject incomplete/non-eligible bids

  • Modify RFP timeline

  • Negotiate separately

  • Not commit payment for bid preparation

  • Accept or reject any/all bids
