About Britannia Nutrition Foundation (BNF)
The Britannia Nutrition Foundation (BNF) is the CSR wing of Britannia Industries Limited, dedicated to addressing malnutrition and anemia among vulnerable populations in India. BNF works through strategic partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and community stakeholders to implement sustainable nutrition programs. The focus is on improving health outcomes for children, adolescents, pregnant and lactating women, and other at-risk groups through awareness, capacity building, and service delivery improvements.
Scope of Work
The selected agency will be responsible for:
- Designing & Delivering BCC Training Modules on Adolescent Anaemia Prevention & 1000 Golden Days, tailored to community needs.
- Languages: Training must be conducted in Hindi, Assamese, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati, Odia, and Kannada.
- Creating Innovative IEC Games to be used in community outreach activities.
- Conducting Training Across 13 BNF Locations within a 3-month period (starting May 2025).
- Utilizing Interactive Training Methods, including:
- Role-plays
- Group discussions
- Visual aids
- Pre- and Post-Training Assessments to measure knowledge improvement.
- Submitting a Detailed Post-Training Report, including:
- Participant feedback
- Key learnings and impact assessment
Eligibility Criteria
Interested agencies must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven Experience in conducting BCC training related to nutrition, maternal, and child health.
- Experience in Community-Based Programs & CSR Initiatives.
- Capability to Deliver Training in Required Regional Languages.
- Strong Curriculum Development Expertise with culturally relevant content.
- Qualified Trainers with expertise in nutrition and behaviour change communication.
Proposal Submission Requirements
Interested agencies must submit a detailed proposal, including:
1. Company Profile
- Experience in conducting similar training programs.
2. Technical Proposal
- Approach, methodology, and training delivery plan.
3. Financial Proposal
- Detailed cost breakdown, including:
- Training fees
- Travel expenses
- Materials
- Logistics
4. Trainer Profiles
- Credentials and experience of trainers.
5. Previous Work Samples
- Relevant training modules or case studies.
6. Timeline
- Clear plan for training completion within the stipulated period.
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Relevance of Experience (30%) – Demonstrated experience in conducting similar training.
- Training Approach & Methodology (40%) – Quality and innovation in training delivery.
- Cost-effectiveness (10%) – Competitive pricing and budget efficiency.
- Trainer Expertise (20%) – Qualification and experience of trainers.
- Language Capability – Mandatory for training delivery.
