WENS LINK, established in 2006, is a non-profit organization with a mission to empower individuals and communities through skill development and entrepreneurship. They achieve this by applying for and managing various Central and State Government-funded skill development projects across India. Their motto, "Learn and Earn," reflects their dedication to providing practical skills that lead to gainful employment opportunities.

The Opportunity:

As a district coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the on-ground execution of these projects. Your responsibilities will involve:

• Building and managing networks: Identifying and collaborating with NGOs, training centers, and stakeholders within your district who can contribute to WENS LINK's projects.

• Project implementation: Ensuring smooth and efficient execution of assigned projects within the stipulated timeframe and budget. This includes tasks like mobilizing trainees, coordinating with trainers, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes.

• Communication and liaison: Acting as the bridge between WENS LINK headquarters, local partners, and beneficiaries. This involves maintaining clear communication channels and keeping all parties informed.

• Community engagement: Actively engaging with the local community to raise awareness about WENS LINK's initiatives and mobilize potential beneficiaries.

• Data management: Maintaining accurate records and reports related to project activities, participant enrollments, and outcomes.
