Project Requirements:

✔ Industry-driven and market-oriented R&D projects
✔ Joint technological cooperation between India and Spain
✔ Development or substantial improvement of products, processes, or services
✔ Must involve technological intervention and innovation
✔ Should provide added value through knowledge sharing, commercial leads, or infrastructure
✔ Must have a civilian purpose
✔ Well-balanced consortium with mutual contribution from both countries
✔ Focus on commercializing new technologies, services, or processes

Eligible Sectors for R&D Projects:

???? Circular Economy & Sustainability – Sustainable production, critical materials, energy, water technologies (Drinking Water, Water Purification, Desalination, Irrigation, Wastewater Treatment & Management)
???? Digital Transformation – Smart Mobility, Smart Grids, Smart Cities, etc.
???? Digital Health & Medical Devices – mHealth, Health IT, Wearable Devices, Telehealth, Telemedicine, Personalized Medicine
???? Artificial Intelligence
???? Advanced Materials
???? Other sectors of mutual interest

Project Duration:

⏳ Up to 2 years

Funding Process:

• Indian participants will receive funding from Technology Development Board (TDB)
• Spanish participants will receive funding from CDTI, Spain
• Funding is based on joint recommendations from DST (India) & CDTI (Spain)
