Scope of Work
The Department of Communications, Room to Read India Trust seeks to engage a full-time Graphic Designer consultant for an 11-month duration.
The consultant will be responsible for creating state-of-the-art communication materials, including:
- Banners, event backdrops, and standees.
- Social media creatives and internet mailers.
- Room to Read brochures and annual reports.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience.
- Proven expertise in designing:
- Newsletters, annual reports, brochures, training modules, banners, posters, and digital media creatives.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Illustrator.
- Skills in 2D and vector animation.
- Familiarity with branding material design.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to provide relevant work samples.
Technical Evaluation Criteria
Room to Read will evaluate profiles based on:
- Experience in the development sector – 5 marks.
- Technical competence in designing communication materials and proficiency in design software – 10 marks.
- Quality of work samples – 5 marks.
