- Capacity: Organisations must show expertise and commitment to promoting renewable energy.
Successful Projects Will:
- Provide multiple community benefits.
- Allocate at least 50% of funds to new solar PV or wind energy installations.
- Promote renewable energy locally and beyond.

- Community Involvement: Evidence of community needs and priorities shaping the project.
