DESCRIPTION OF RFP
Under the Samuday initiative, HCLFoundation is enhancing income opportunities for marginalized groups in 524 Gram Panchayats of Hardoi district. These efforts include:
- Promoting poultry, goat rearing, and handicraft entrepreneurship
- Skill development and vocational training for rural youth to secure employment in relevant sectors
- Improving dairy farming practices and organizing veterinary health camps
Given recent industrial growth in the Sandila, Hardoi, and Lucknow regions, the foundation aims to assess workforce requirements and identify employment opportunities for rural youth.
SCOPE OF WORK
The selected organization will:
- Conduct a comprehensive survey of industries in Sandila, Hardoi, and Lucknow to identify workforce demands.
- Focus areas:
- Categorization of organizations by size (revenue & trade)
- Nature of resources employed
- Specific HR requirements by business category
- Female workforce requirements
ELIGIBILITY
- Who Can Apply:
- Not-for-Profit organizations with valid 12A & 80G certificates are preferred.
- Applications are also open to For-Profit organizations with expertise in the thematic area.
