About the Role

The role focuses on collecting comprehensive quantitative and qualitative data to identify gaps in health services and improve the current health landscape.

Objective

• To gather health and well-being indicators data from target groups.

Target Groups:

• Adolescent boys and girls
• Men and women
• Lactating mothers
• PRI members and FLWs (Frontline Workers)

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys in designated districts and areas.
• Complete a minimum of 10 quantitative and qualitative surveys per day.
• Use a provided mobile app for real-time data entry on the same day of data collection.
• Maintain accurate and complete survey records.
• Follow all data collection protocols and ethical guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) or Graduation/Post-graduation.
• Preferred: Experience and understanding of public health/healthcare.
• Must own:
  • A functional Android smartphone.
  • A valid PAN Card.
  • An active bank account.
