• SPOTAC invites applications for empanelment of creative branding and advertisement agencies.
• Duration: 1 year, extendable for an additional 2 years.
• Open to eligible and reputed agencies capable of delivering high-quality branding and advertisement services.

• Empanelment of Creative Branding and Advertisement Agencies with SPOTAC.

Scope of Work

1. Designing and Executing Creative Campaigns for promoting tourism in Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
2. Design and Printing of:
   • Brochures/Leaflets
   • Posters/Bulletins/Newsletters
   • Stage Backdrops/Outdoor & Indoor Hoardings/Billboards/Gates
   • Annual Reports, Press Booklets, Sales Brochures, Calendars, and related material.
3. Creation and Media Buying for:
   • TV Commercials
   • Radio Jingles
   • Social Media Campaigns
   • Outdoor Media Advertisements
4. Execution of Cost-Effective Multimedia Campaigns for the region.
5. Negotiation with Media Houses for competitive rates.
6. Development of Creatives and Promotional Materials, including:
   • Scripts for TVCs and Radio Jingles
   • Online and Digital Advertising
   • Customer Loyalty Programs
   • BTL Activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Legal Entity: Bidders must be companies, partnerships, or other legal entities. Consortiums or JVs are allowed (maximum of two agencies in a consortium/JV).
• Operational Experience: Minimum 5 years in the branding and advertisement domain.
• Government Projects: At least 2 assignments for Government Organizations/PSUs/Chambers of Industry, with one project worth ₹40 lakhs or more.
• Financial Capability: Average annual turnover of ₹2 crores per year over the last 4 financial years (CA certificate required).
