Job Description:

• Mobilize and identify potential SHGs, CBOs, FPOs for linkage with EMRS Schools.
• Identify business opportunities for SHGs/CBOs/FPOs as service providers.
• Prepare sustainable business plans and facilitate linkages with financial institutions.
• Coordinate with district administration, SRLM team, and other departments.
• Conduct training needs assessment, training, and monitoring of schools.
• Conduct field visits, studies, and stakeholder consultations for policy inputs or project implementation.
• Assist the State Coordinator in preparing studies, reports, TNA, and draft MoUs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Educational Qualification:

• MBA / MBA in Agribusiness / Rural Development / Natural Resource Management / Forestry Management / Master in Gender & Development / MSW from a reputed institution.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in enterprise development, SHG promotion, agriculture marketing, market linkages, and working with government projects related to CBOs.
• Experience in coordinating purchase/sell agreements, managing contractual agreements, lead generation, and market analysis.

Other Requirements:

• Good writing and communication skills.
• Experience in field monitoring and database management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.

Age Limit: Below 50 years as of 01 July 2024.

Monthly Remuneration: INR 60,000 (All inclusive)

Contract Period:

• Initial appointment for one year, extendable based on project needs and performance.
• Probation period of three months; thereafter, a three-month notice period for contract termination.
