Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships (2024-25)

Overview:

• Half of India’s population is under the age of 25, and Reliance Foundation is committed to providing access to higher education for young Indians.
• Supports 5,000 meritorious students annually with a merit-cum-means scholarship for their undergraduate education.
• Aims to help students become successful professionals and contribute to India's socio-economic development.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Resident Indian citizen.
• Passed 12th grade with a minimum of 60%.
• Enrolled in the 1st year (academic year 2024-25) of a regular full-time degree course in any stream.
• Household income less than Rs. 15 Lakhs (preference given to households earning less than Rs. 2.5 Lakhs).
• Aptitude Test is mandatory for all applicants.

Not Eligible:

• 2nd year or higher students (those who started courses before 2024-25).
• Students in online, hybrid, remote, or distance education programs.
• Students who passed a diploma after 10th grade.
• Students in 2-year undergraduate degree courses.
• Those who do not attempt the Aptitude Test or are caught cheating.

Scholarship Features:

• Scholarship amount: Up to INR 2 Lakhs over the duration of the degree program.
• Available for students of all streams.
• 5,000 scholars will be selected each year.
• Awarded on a merit-cum-means basis.
