Eligibility
The DAL is open to civil society organizations from the Global South actively promoting inclusive democracy. Special consideration is given to organizations representing historically excluded groups such as rural communities, indigenous populations, women, youth, and LGBT+ communities, with at least 50% of each cohort from these groups. The program focuses on organizations committed to digital solutions for enhancing advocacy and campaign capabilities.
