Eligibility Criteria:

  • Organizations: Universities, R&D institutions, medical centers, and non-profit research organizations in India are eligible to apply.
  • Collaborations and Partnerships:
    • Lead Organization: Must be based in India.
    • International Collaborations: Encouraged but should add value to the proposal.
  • Minimum Eligibility:
    • Qualifications: PhD/MD/MS or equivalent degree.
  • Salary and Space: Applicants must have already secured salary and space from their Host Institution before applying.
  • Age Limit: PI should be below 50 years of age (five-year age exception for women applicants).
  • No Duplication of Support: Proposals must demonstrate added value and impact if similar work is funded by other sources.
