Project Overview:

The project aims to empower teachers with educational resources and innovative teaching practices to deliver better quality education and improve student outcomes. The interventions are tailored based on a need assessment of school infrastructure, academic processes, and teaching-learning needs.

Scope of Work/Specifications:

The study focuses on evaluating the impact of the program on students' interest in STEM careers and their learning outcomes. Key areas include:

• Issues and challenges in understanding STEM concepts
• Role of techno-pedagogy and STEM lab activities

Key Deliverables:

1. Inception Report: Research methodology and analytical framework
2. Tools Pre-test Report
3. Final Data Collection Tools: In consultation with AIF
4. Training Report: Using the final translated tools
5. Operationalization Plan: Field plans, field progress reports, etc.
6. Analysis Plan
7. Chapter Plan for Reports
8. Top-line Presentations: After baseline, midline-1, midline-2, and endline surveys
9. Comprehensive Reports: Baseline, midline-1, midline-2, and endline reports
10. Two Whitepapers/Impact Briefs
11. Primary Data Sharing: Secure formats, including physical and soft copies
12. Transcriptions: Qualitative components (audio/video recordings)
