Nature Conservancy India Solutions Private Limited (NCIS), a subsidiary, focuses on research, consulting, and advisory services in conservation and climate change.

PURPOSE
To produce a video showcasing NCIS’s riparian restoration efforts along the Narmada River in Narmada Puram/Hoshangabad District. This includes highlighting community involvement and the project's environmental impact.

Key Tasks

• Develop engaging pitches/stories/scripts in consultation with NCIS.
• Highlight unique aspects of riparian restoration with a step-by-step process.
• Utilize NCIS’s existing video clips and photos.
• Develop interview questions for stakeholders.
• Travel to Narmada Puram for on-site video shoots.
• Capture footage using drones and high-end cameras.
• Record stakeholder interviews including voiceovers.
• Each video should cover themes: Human-River Nexus, Biodiversity, Culture, Socio-Economics, Habitat Health, Agriculture, and Community.
• Enhance final videos with Narmada-related music, logos, and credits.
• Finalize video framework and edits in consultation with NCIS.

CONTRACT TYPE AND CONTRACT SERVICES
NCIS seeks Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) completion contracts.

TOTAL OR PARTIAL BIDS
Bidders may bid for complete or partial implementation of specified activities.

ESTIMATED COSTS AND FIXED FEE
Costs include reasonable, allocable, and necessary expenses.

• Applicable Taxes: INR Z
  Total CPFF: INR X + Y + Z
