Transform Health aims to achieve Universal Health Coverage (UHC) by 2030 through digital technology and data utilization.
Proposal Overview:
Transform Health India is seeking an organization to coordinate and manage its national campaigns and contribute to global campaign efforts. The current priority is the MyDataOurHealth campaign. Other initiatives, like the Roadmap to 2030 and a second global campaign, will also be launched soon.
Campaign Overview:
MyDataOurHealth focuses on raising awareness about health data governance and ensuring individual rights over their health data are protected. It targets:
- Awareness: Engaging 400,000 people on health data governance by December 2025.
- Government Engagement: Gaining support from at least three governments to endorse the Health Data Governance Principles.
- Civil Society Engagement: At least 50 civil society organizations (including those representing youth, women, and marginalized communities) will join the campaign.
- Legislation: Encouraging governments to adopt a resolution on health data governance at the World Health Assembly by May 2025.
Other Campaigns:
- Digital Health Week: Mobilizes diverse organizations to engage in discussions around digital health.
- Roadmap to 2030: A campaign set to launch later this year.
- A new campaign will be introduced next year.
Responsibilities of the Campaign Coordinator:
- Partner Onboarding: Select and onboard national campaign partners.
- Campaign Plan: Develop a national campaign plan for MyDataOurHealth, including partner activities and global strategy alignment.
- Coordination: Host monthly meetings with partners and establish a coordinated communications plan.
- Reporting: Submit monthly and quarterly reports to the National Coalition Coordinating Partner.
- Promotion: Promote and support the Roadmap to 2030 and develop a list of digital health organizations in India.
- New Campaign Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of a new campaign plan.
- Funding Proposals: Support at least two campaign funding proposals.
Deliverables:
- Monthly meetings with campaign partners.
- A national campaign plan for MyDataOurHealth.
- Coordinated communications plan and social media strategy.
- Monthly/quarterly reports.
- Promotion of the Roadmap to 2030.
- Contributing to the development of a new campaign.
Funding:
The selected partner will receive $25,000 in small grants and $50,000 annually to recruit other partners for campaign objectives.
