III. Scope of Work/ Specification/ Configuration and Key Deliverables:

AIFT is actively engaged in enhancing infrastructure and promoting digital education across multiple locations throughout India. Currently, AIFT is seeking a service provider capable of delivering Civil Infrastructure and Renovation work in various schools to improve hygiene, facilities, and infrastructure of the schools.

• Plaster Masala Combination: 1:5 (Ambuja/ACC/Ultra Tech)
• PVC Piping: ISO certified (Any) Prince/Aravind/Shakti
• Taps PVC: ISO Certified (Any) (POLO/Aravind/Plasto)
• Urinal: Somani/Hindware/Cera | 12inch/15inch
• Tile: Somani/Kajaria/Johnson

Additional Details:

• The delivery location of sites is Delhi-NCR.
• The product should be ISO certified.
• Specifications of the product should be as per the RFP.
• Delivery Timelines: One month from the date of PO/ WO.
• The list of the schools will be provided to the selected bidder only.

IV. Bidding Process:

Bidders are advised to study the RFP documents carefully. Any bid shall be deemed to have been submitted after careful study and examination of all instructions, eligibility criteria, terms and conditions, and required scope of work/technical specifications. Bids not complying with all the given aspects in this RFP document or submission of a bid not substantially responsive to the RFP document in every respect will be submitted at the bidder’s risk and may result in the rejection of the bid.
