Introduction:
Anil Agarwal Foundation (AAF), the umbrella entity of Vedanta’s social impact and community initiatives, invites proposals from agencies to handle Media Planning & Buying responsibilities for AAF and the various social impact projects across Vedanta's business units, including Zinc, Aluminium, Iron Ore, Copper, Oil & Gas, and Power.


Objectives:

The selected agency will be responsible for the following:

  • Media Procurement: Procure media inventory at competitive rates with the best placements to maximize reach and impact for AAF.
  • Coordination & Documentation: Ensure proper handling of paperwork and documentation with media houses and publications to execute campaigns smoothly.
  • Third-Party Expenses: Manage and handle third-party expenses such as:
    • License payments
    • Award entries
    • Event/Summit sponsorship participation
    • Short audiovisual projects
    • Other related costs on behalf of the client

  • Annexure 3: Evaluation Criteria

Submission Requirements:

Interested agencies are requested to submit the following:

  1. Company Profile: Details of your organization.
  2. Financial Statements: Last 3 years of financial statements.
  3. Previous Work Experience: Examples of similar work done for corporates.
  4. Presentation/Discussions: Presentations or virtual/in-person discussions with Vedanta’s Sports team to clarify any queries or to understand the requirements better.
