DESCRIPTION OF RFP

HCL Foundation invites proposals from eligible NGOs / CSR agencies for the implementation of Behaviour Change Communication activities in rural areas of Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh.
Key Focus Areas:

• Innovative Solutions for behavior change communication targeting entire communities in the Gram Panchayat.
• Community Engagement and Strengthening Panchayats with innovative communication tools/methods/strategies.
• Alignment with Swachh Bharat Mission – Grameen- I&II Guidelines (SBM-G, Phase I & II).
• Sustaining Open Defecation Free (ODF) status in villages.
• Safe Hygiene Practices, Solid Waste Management, and Visual Cleanliness.

Scope of Work and Geography:

• Submit a comprehensive proposal aligning with SBM (G) Phase-I&II Guidelines and Swachh Survekshan Ranking (SSR).
• Proposals should include activity details, implementation processes, monitoring matrix, and impact indicators.
