About the Project

The AIF education program aims to narrow the digital gap among students in underprivileged government schools across 35 states and Union Territories of India. The initiative focuses on enhancing learning outcomes, imparting life skills, and preparing students with 21st-century knowledge.

Scope of Work/ Specifications/Configuration:

• Baseline Data Cleaning
• Baseline Data Analysis
• Baseline Report Writing
• Baseline Presentations
• Other Learning Products (if any)

Agencies/Individuals are required to provide tentative cost estimates for the above tasks.

Bid Submission Instructions:

• Bids must include the complete address of the firm, along with the contact number/email ID of the authorized person.
• All bids must be signed on all pages.
• Separate submission of Technical and Financial bids via Google Forms.
• No Conditional Bids will be accepted.

Important Notes:

• Bids not submitted as per the specified format or ambiguous in nature will be rejected.
• Amendments to the RFP may be published before the deadline.

Proposal Requirements:

Technical Proposal:

• Eligibility: Legal registration in India, active licenses, proven track record in educational project analyses, especially in STEM fields.
• CVs of key personnel, organizational credentials, and detailed project-wise costing must be included.
• Gantt chart showing timelines and dependencies.

Financial Proposal:

• Detailed budget in an Excel spreadsheet reflecting all relevant cost heads.
• Summary budget as per Annexure II.

Mandatory Attachments/ Enclosures:

For Agencies:

• Covering letter with reference to all enclosures.
• Copy of registration documents and other relevant certificates.
• PAN & TAN, GST Registration, and ITR Copies.

For Individuals:

• Covering letter with references.
• PAN copy.
• Signed copy of the RFP.
