Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
- PIO/OCI Candidates: Eligible if employed in recognized R&D institutions in India, with an Indian Co-PI.
- Academic Qualifications: Must hold a PhD in Science/Engineering or MD/MS/MDS/MVSc degree.
- Employment Status: Must hold a regular academic/research position in a recognized institution, national lab, or R&D institution.
- Recent Joiners: Eligible if joined the institution on or after February 01, 2022.
- Age Limit: Upper limit of 42 years, with three years' relaxation for SC/ST/OBC, physically challenged, and women candidates (as of February 01, 2024).
- Ineligibility: Research Associates, Postdoctoral Fellows, Ad-hoc faculties, Guest faculties, Visiting Scientists, Consultants, Project Fellows, and other temporary faculty members are not eligible.
- Grant History: Should not have received YSS, ECR, SRG, CRG (SERB/ANRF grants).
- Co-PIs: Not allowed except for PIO/OCI cases.

- Registration: Complete registration and provide mandatory information under the User Profile section.

- Proposal Details: Include Project Title (max 500 characters), Summary (max 3000 characters), Keywords (max 6), Objectives (max 1500 characters), and Expected Output (max 1500 characters).
- Budget Details: Specify funding for Research Personnel, Consumables, Travel, Equipment, Contingency, Overheads.
- Document Uploads: Submit a single PDF file (max 10 MB) as a Technical Document.
