The Madhya Pradesh State Skill Development and Employment Generation Board (MPSSDEGB) invites reputed and experienced organizations to submit an Expression of Interest (EoI) for Empanelment of Training Partners. The selected partners will conduct Short-Term Skill Training for the registered workers and their dependents under the Madhya Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (MPBOCW).

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Applicant Organization must be registered before 31.03.2020. Consortiums/Joint Ventures are not allowed.
  2. Types of Organizations Allowed:
    • Corporations, Boards, Cooperative Societies, PSUs under the Government of Madhya Pradesh or Government of India.
    • Educational Institutes (affiliated/accredited by AICTE or MCI), or UGC approved Universities with headquarters in Madhya Pradesh.
    • Sector Skill Councils/Awarding Bodies.
  3. The Applicant Organization must have a minimum average annual turnover of INR 2 Crore over the past three financial years (FY 2021-22, 22-23, 23-24).
  4. Must have a positive net worth of INR 25 Lakh as of 31.03.2024.
  5. Must have provided skill training to at least 1000 candidates over the last three financial years.
  6. Submit a notarized affidavit confirming that the organization is not blacklisted, bankrupted, or debarred by any government entity.

Scope of Work:

  • Mobilization and Counseling of eligible candidates.
  • Establishment and operation of Training Centers in assigned districts.
  • Conducting training, assessments, and certification in line with the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF).
  • Monitoring of training through a dedicated Skill Development Portal.

Training Offered:

Training will be provided to 10,000 registered workers or their dependents, aged 16-45 years, across various NSQF-aligned job roles, including but not limited to:

  • Construction Electrician (Level 4),
  • Plumber (Level 4),
  • Solar PV Installer (Level 4),
  • Junior Software Developer (Level 4), etc.

Performance Guarantee:

  • A Performance Guarantee equal to 5% of the total allocated target cost must be submitted within 10 days of issuance of the Letter of Intent.
  • The empaneled TPs are required to begin operations within ten days of signing the MoU.
