Selection Criteria:

1. Experience in Solar installation in the Punjab region.
2. Experience in schools will be a preferred criterion.
3. Favorable credit terms for Bharti Airtel Group.
4. Technical expertise in providing standard OEM products.
5. BEE certified vendors preferred (not mandatory).
6. Quality assurance of the supplier.

Note: Any influence by the participating company will lead to automatic disqualification. Bharti Airtel Foundation reserves the right to reject any agency without reason.

Timeline:

• RFQ Posting Date: 3rd October 2024.
• Proposal Submission Deadline: 24th October 2024.
• Evaluation Period: 7-10 days.
• Announcement of Selected Agency: 5th November 2024.
